Jaw crusher
Descriptions Jaw crusher is mainly used to crush medium granularity ore and hard materials. It can crush material whose compression resistance is under 320Mpa. It has rough crusher and fine crusher two models. Jaw crusher is also called stone crusher. PE series jaw crusher is complete in specifications. It’s feeding size is 125mm~750mm, which is the first choice of primary crusher.
Working principle Jaw crusher’s working way is crooked moving and extruding. The motor drives the belt and wheel, through the eccentric shaft, making the movable jaw move up and down. When the movable jaw is up, the angle between the toggle and the movable jaw is becoming big, in order to push the movable jaw plate approach to the fixed jaw plate. At the same time, the raw material is crushed or grinded. When the movable jaw is down, the angle between the toggle and the movable jaw is becoming small, the movable jaw plate departs from the fixed jaw plate under the use of the pulling rod and the spring. At this time, the crushed material will come out from the downside of the crushing cavity. Along with the continuous move of the motor, the crusher movable jaw plate will crush and excrete material periodicly, so as to realize volume production.
Composite structure The main structure of the jaw crusher includes frame, eccentric shaft, big belt wheel, flying wheel, movable jaw, side protecting plate, toggle, toggle back base, adjustable gap screw, back-moving spring, fixed jaw plate and movable jaw plate and so on. And the toggle works as insurance.

Working principle Impact crusher is a kind of crushing machinery using the impact energy to crush the material. First, the material comes into the crushing cavity from the feeding opener. Under the driving of the motor, rotor moves at a high speed, at this time the materials fall down and impact with the rotor. When the material comes into the flat hammer working area, it impact with the flat hammer on the rotor. The material will get energy when impacting, bear down on the crush board, be thrown up to the impact equipment and be crushed again. Then it will be rebounded to the flat hammer area from the impact plate. This process will be repeated. The material will go to the first, second, third cavity, until be crushed to required size. The qualified material will go through the screen and be expelled from the output opener. And the unqualified material will be crushed continuously until reach to the needed size. And the sundries which can’t be crushed will come into the designed Metal collector, and clear it at fixed period. Such to finish the whole production work.
